Honorary Awards
To date, the Anniversary Campaign has established the following honorary award:
Robby D. Gunstream Education in Music Award – The Robby D. Gunstream Education in Music Award, the first honorary fund of the Anniversary Campaign, was established by past and present Officers and Directors of The College Music Society to recognize the twenty-five years of service by the Society's Executive Director. The Award will be given to a higher education music faculty member or music unit for an imaginative and effective program of interaction with a local or area organization. Contributions to increase the endowed fund are welcome. Complete application information for the 2009 award will be available in the fall of 2008.
