Ways to Give
There are several ways to give to CMS Beyond Fifty, all of which are described below. All are easy, and will make an important and significant difference. Annual gifts, multi-year pledges, bequests, and life insurance are effective means of supporting the Anniversary Campaign. Donors will be included on the list of contributors unless anonymity is requested. All gifts are fully tax deductible.
To contribute online, please click the links below either to access on-line forms enabling credit card contributions or to download and print forms in PDF format. Contributions may also be made simply by sending a check or money order to the Anniversary Campaign with a simple cover letter or note attached. All gifts will be appreciated and acknowledged, and will count toward the Campaign's goal.
Annual Gifts – Single contributions may be made to the Anniversary Campaign at any time. Please click here to make a charitable contribution: single gift form
Multi-Year Pledges – Multi-year pledges are welcome. A total amount may be pledged over the coming four years with annual installments designated in either even or uneven amounts. Please click here to make a pledge contribution: pledge gift form
Bequests – A gift by bequest (i.e., a gift given through a will) may be included in a new or revised will or living trust. Bequests are of four types: (1) a Specific Bequest, (2) a Residuary Bequest, (3) a Contingent Bequest, and (4) a Testamentary Trust. For further information, as well as sample language that may be used, please click here to download a PDF form.
Life Insurance – The Anniversary Campaign may be designated as the beneficiary for Life Insurance policies. Premiums paid for Life Insurance are tax deductible. Quotes for Life Insurance policies are easily obtained from the Internet or from an agent in your area. Term Life Insurance policies are available today at very affordable rates. Please get in touch with the Anniversary Campaign staff to transmit information concerning gifts of Life Insurance policies.
Gifts of Appreciated Assets – The Anniversary Campaign has established a broker account with First Interstate Bank in Missoula, Montana, and can receive gifts of appreciated assets. If you wish to give gifts of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and similar investment vehicles, your broker is welcome to be in touch with First Interstate to arrange for transfer of assets. The donor receives tax deduction for the current value of the asset and capital gains can be avoided.
